CAT GO GO Terms of Service

These terms govern use of CAT GO GO (the "Service") and the rights and responsibilities of its operator and users. By registering or playing as a guest, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

• The Service is a free browser game offering Five in a Row, Go, and a number-matching puzzle game.
• The Service is a global, English-language browser game. It does not provide country-specific localized content, pricing, promotions, or customer support.
• Coins, rank points, items, and all other in-game assets are virtual, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. The Service does not accept real-money payments.
• The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

2. Accounts and User Conduct

• You are responsible for securing your username and password and may not transfer or lend your account.
• Nicknames are user-generated content. Unicode characters are accepted consistently for users worldwide and do not indicate that the Service officially supports a particular language.
• You must not use a nickname that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, deceptive, impersonates another person, or infringes another person's rights. The operator may remove or change violating nicknames.
• Prohibited conduct includes automation or macros, exploiting bugs, impersonation, harassment, spam, or any disruption of normal operation. Violations may result in warnings, removal, suspension, or account deletion without prior notice.
• You may delete your account at any time through My Info.

3. Changes and Availability

• We may change game rules, shop content, or other features and may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. We will try to announce material changes in advance.
• Because the Service is free, no compensation is provided for virtual assets lost due to suspension or discontinuation.

4. Intellectual Property

• Characters, game pieces, effects, backgrounds, music, logos, text, and other Service content belong to the operator and may not be copied, distributed, or adapted without permission.
• Users retain rights to information they enter, such as their nicknames.

5. Disclaimer

• To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of this free Service.
• The operator is not responsible for outages caused by natural disasters, power or internet failures, server or network failures, traffic surges, or other events beyond reasonable control.
• The operator has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as needed within the limits of applicable law and will announce updates within the Service.
